“Touch, presence, and deep care have carried me through many chapters — and now I offer them forward, from my own hands and heart.”

Hello, I'm Jasmin
A heart-led guide, and a sensitive soul with a deep, open heart.
Through massage, yoga, and ritual, I offer gentle spaces for softening, healing, and coming home — to your body, your breath, your self.
This is how I serve: through hands, heart, and deep listening.
I live in the Scottish Highlands with my husband, our wee one, and our dog, Dandelion. Life here is a tapestry of contrasts — quiet swims in the loch and wild toddler laughter, long forest walks and cleaning porridge off the ceiling, holding space for others while learning to hold myself through the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
I’m someone who feels deeply — I cry easily, laugh loudly, and love with my whole heart. I care about people, about this earth, and about creating spaces where it feels safe to exhale and simply be.
As I learn to meet all parts of myself with compassion — the soft, the fierce, the tired, and the tender — my hope is that you’ll feel safe to do the same. To show up just as you are, and feel held in your wholeness.

My Journey
Before walking this path, I studied Social Work and worked in outdoor therapeutic settings — supporting people to build resilience and wellbeing through connection with the land.
My path then deepened into yoga teaching, with a focus on mental and physical wellbeing and trauma-informed practice. I’ve shared yoga in many forms — in studios, community spaces, and in partnership with counselling organisations — and learned how deeply rest and gentle presence can transform us.
Then came massage.
My first experience of Lomi Lomi — known as the massage of compassionate touch — was in Hawaii in 2015, and I remember it vividly. It was unlike anything I’d ever received. Rhythmic, flowing, and deeply attuned, it worked not just on my muscles, but on my heart and nervous system too.
Years later, I followed the call to train in Lomi Lomi myself. That training, and the practice that followed, changed me. It continues to teach me how to listen with my hands, to hold space with reverence, and to meet people where they are — gently and wholeheartedly.
I’ve since gone on to study Indian Head Massage and deepen my understanding of holistic bodywork through further massage training.
And then came motherhood.
It cracked me open in the most beautiful way. It rooted me more deeply into my rhythm, and inspired me to create nourishing spaces for rest, healing, and reconnection — for myself, and for others.

My Approach
This work is my calling.
It’s how I listen, how I care, how I walk beside others on their way home to themselves.
Whether it’s through massage, yoga, or ritual, my intention is always the same:
To hold a space where you can soften, exhale, and feel deeply cared for.
A space that welcomes all of you — your tiredness, your tenderness, your joy.
I believe in the power of safe, loving touch.
In the stories the body holds, and the healing that unfolds when we meet ourselves with compassion.
I believe in deep rest, in small moments of lightness,
and in the quiet magic of being truly seen.
However you arrive, I hope you leave feeling a little more at ease in your body,
a little more connected to your breath,
a little more at home in yourself.
“We’re all just walking each other home.” – Ram Dass
